We are a growing home care company seeking a Client Services Manager Associateย to join our team in the DC Metro area. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and professional partners.

The Client Services Manager Associate ensures client needs are met efficiently and compassionately, exceeding service expectations to drive satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively and independently, and a proactive approach to managing client needs and educating families about our services and community resources.

You will collaborate closely with office staff, gather and document client feedback, maintain clear and timely records, and participate in community events and company office hours in senior living communities as needed.ย
