Job description

FusionTek is a Managed Service Provider established in 2007, with offices located in Kirkland, WA, Federal Way, WA, Washington, DC, and Tampa, FL. Our innovative team is passionate about IT infrastructure management for small- to mid-sized businesses.

As we continue to expand our services, we are eager to find a Client Relationship Associate who embodies our core values:

  • Teamwork: We achieve our goals collaboratively.
  • Growth Mindset: We are focused on continuous improvement for our team members and our clients.
  • Integrity: We operate with transparency and prioritize the needs of our clients.

As a Client Relationship Associate, youโ€™ll be the face of FusionTek for a dedicated portfolio of clients, a trusted partner they can count on. Youโ€™ll learn the ins and outs of account management, client advocacy and service delivery from experienced mentors, with real ownership and impact from day one. If youโ€™re eager to build a career in client success, love solving problems, and want a team thatโ€™s invested in teaching you the ropes, this role was built for you!

This position is listed as Hybrid โ€” primarily remote with occasional travel to client meetings/events. Greater Seattle area residents only.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Champion your clients โ€” serve as their primary point of contact, ensuring they always feel heard, supported, and valued.
  • Drive retention and growth โ€” build relationships that lead to long-term renewals and identify opportunities to expand the value FusionTek delivers.
  • Keep a pulse on account health โ€” proactively spot risks, resolve recurring issues, and develop action plans before small problems become big ones.
  • Bridge the gap between client and company โ€” bring client feedback to internal teams so we can continuously improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across teams โ€” partner with Project Managers, Sales, and Leadership to move initiatives forward and keep clients informed.
  • Manage the details that matter โ€” maintain accurate client documentation, account records, and technical configurations.
  • Show up where it counts โ€” conduct virtual or onsite client visits as needed to strengthen relationships and support key moments.

Requirements

๐ŸŽ“ Experience & Qualifications
  • Business-to-Business experience โ€” prior experience working with business clients in a customer service or business development role
  • Greater Seattle Area resident
๐Ÿ›  Technical Skills
  • Strong communication skills โ€” ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving โ€” identifies risks early, builds action plans, and follows through independently
  • Cross-functional collaboration โ€” works effectively with technical, sales, and project management teams
  • CRM proficiency โ€” experience with tools like AutoTask, ConnectWise, or similar platforms
  • Self-management in a remote/hybrid environment โ€” strong organizational habits and reliable follow-through
  • Technical literacy in server technologies, network infrastructure, and cloud technology is a plus โ€” working understanding of these technologies to speak confidently with both clients and internal technical teams is a plus, but not required
