Financial Services | Client Service Associate
Location: Greater Fenton Area
Compensation: $50,000 to $100,000 | plus incentive compensation

About Opportunity
Our client is seeking a detail oriented, customer focused Financial Services Client Service Associate to join its growing wealth management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while supporting Financial Advisors and their clients.
The Financial Services Client Service Associate serves as a key member of the team by providing administrative, operational, and client service support while ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients through phone, email, virtual meetings, mail, and in person interactions.
  • Schedule client meetings and manage advisor calendars.
  • Support Financial Advisors with daily administrative and operational responsibilities.
  • Process client account paperwork, financial transactions, expense reports, and account maintenance requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Open new client accounts and research client and investment information using internal systems.
  • Review all documentation for accuracy and compliance prior to submission and follow through until completed.
  • Prepare client correspondence, reports, presentations, and other supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system.
  • Assist with seminars, client appreciation events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Enter trade orders at the direction of Financial Advisors, when appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to remain current on industry regulations, firm policies, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 or more years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, brokerage, insurance, mortgage lending, or a related client service environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting Financial Advisors or investment professionals is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experience in using CRM software or similar client management systems preferred.
