The principals had enjoyed lengthy tenures at a major, well-regarded financial institution but longed to create more personal, long-term relationships with clients. They decided to open our own practice to hold and service client assets. Their venture has been a tremendous success, and can genuinely say that they look forward to going to work every day. Client Associate
Well-established financial services practice on Mercer Island, in the greater Seattle area, is seeking a Client Associate to join our team! We are achievement oriented and have a reputation for excellence. We deal positively with our established clients and have the growth potential to help you reach your career goals. We are committed to delivering superior service based on a foundation of honesty and integrity. We seek an individual who excels in client service, administrative functions and office management. This position requires a goal-oriented, self-motivated person with a professional demeanor.
General Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client relationships and assist in acquiring new client relationships.
  • Conduct research and prepare information for the Financial Advisors.
  • Office management.
  • Cross train responsibilities in the practice to leverage the Financial Advisors in all phases of client service.
  • Exercise discretion and judgement to solve client needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Series 7 license.
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Associate's degree with commensurate work experience for 2 or more years in a sales, marketing, or service profession.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Eager to learn, cooperative team player.
  • A genuine interest in servicing and caring for our clients.
  • Adapts to change in the work environment, managing competing demands and multiple interruptions.
  • Detail oriented, deadline focused, and demonstrates a commitment to accuracy by delivery of high quality work.
Additional Information

  • $90,000-$100,000 salary with opportunity for incentive-based pay. Willing to negotiate increased compensation for the ideal candidate.
