Job description

The Implementation Associate I will provide assistance to the Implementation team with a focus on claim research. The candidate will also assist with coordinating new group implementations and benefit plan changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
โ€ข Candidate must be able to logically evaluate claims for proper payment and make sure the desired benefits goals are met.
โ€ข Candidate must be willing to think outside box to provide solutions to complex client requests.
โ€ข Assist with new group implementations.
โ€ข Assist with timelines to track implementation deliverables.
โ€ข Assist with client meeting documentation.
โ€ข Use active listening to identify nuances in client business needs.
โ€ข Serve as a secondary point contact for new clients.
โ€ข Provide ideas and suggestions to internal and external clients for improved processes.
โ€ข Conduct client training on applications.
โ€ข Travel to client locations for new implementation meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Associates Degree preferred but not required.
โ€ข 1-2 years pharmacy experience desired; additional healthcare industry experience a plus.
โ€ข Microsoft Excel experience required.
โ€ข Highly organized and motivated, with great attention to detail.
โ€ข Ability to exercise logical and critical thinking in problem-solving.
โ€ข Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
โ€ข Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
