Job Tittle : Field Support Analyst -FSA1
Location: Forest Park, Georgia (Onsite)
Role Overview
The Field Support Analyst role is to ensure the timely and accurate billing of the Lighting and Smart Services Business Unit, Video Surveillance, Colocation, and Utility Services customers. The analyst conducts periodic audits of billing records, investigates and resolves customer disputes, and supports the customer collections process, which may include contacting customers on past-due invoices as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all activities for LSSBU and Power and Utility Services accounts to ensure accurate and timely billing for unregulated, governmental, and regulated customers.
  • Serve as a central liaison for various internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service.
  • Establish new LSSBU accounts and apply correct rate and rider combinations.
  • Coordinate the billing of new contracts, broken contracts, and other items for one-time and recurring charges.
  • Review new unregulated commercial contracts to ensure all quality control validations are complete and that the contract is correct and accurate.
  • Maintain accurate billing documentation for customer accounts across multiple systems.
  • Analyze billing results based on commercial contracts and regulated tariffs.
  • Adhere to all compliance regulations for billing adjustments and retain necessary documentation.
  • Assist internal customers with questions related to Lighting and Utility Services.
  • Support the sales team to improve customer value.
  • Assist with updating processes as new businesses are added.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Customer Service or Marketing/Sales experience is required.
  • Experience in complex rates, processes, and/or billing applications is desired.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise.

Technical Skills:
  • High degree of proficiency in advanced desktop applications, such as Excel and Access.
  • Extensive CSS knowledge.
  • General knowledge of databases.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Customer Service Standards and Electric Service Rates and Tariffs for Commercial and Industrial Customers.
  • Familiarity with various commercial, industrial, and governmental contracts and their terms and conditions.
  • Understanding of business compliance and controls concepts.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work with less direct supervision and support a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and team-building skills.
