We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Marketing Account Representative who enjoys building relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from onboarding through ongoing account management.

Position Overview

As a Marketing Account Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. You'll coordinate communication between clients and our internal teams while ensuring marketing campaigns, website updates, advertising initiatives, and projects are completed accurately and on schedule.


Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, responsiveness, organization, and the successful execution of marketing initiatives.


Primary Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients
  • Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and text messages
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings
  • Conduct regular account review meetings
  • Keep clients informed on project progress and campaign performance


Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
  • Answer client questions regarding marketing campaigns and services
  • Follow up on outstanding client requests
  • Ensure every client receives timely communication


Project Coordination

  • Coordinate projects across internal departments
  • Track tasks from initiation through completion
  • Follow up with designers, developers, SEO specialists, advertising managers, and other team members
  • Ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on schedule


Client Information Management

  • Collect necessary marketing assets and information from clients
  • Organize photos, logos, branding materials, promotions, office information, and marketing content
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Advertising Budget Management

  • Assist with monitoring and managing client advertising budgets
  • Coordinate adjustments to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local Service Ads, and other advertising platforms
  • Monitor spending and communicate budget recommendations when needed


Client Training

  • Train clients on various marketing platforms and procedures
  • Assist clients with:
    • Google Business Profile
    • Google Ads basics
    • Meta Business Manager
    • Review management
    • Call tracking
    • Marketing reporting dashboards
  • Create simple instructional materials and provide ongoing support


Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed CRM notes
  • Track client communications
  • Coordinate meeting agendas
  • Prepare reports and follow-up summaries
  • Assist with onboarding new clients


Required Qualifications:
