What is a Clickup?

A ClickUp job typically refers to a role that involves using ClickUp, a project management and productivity platform, to organize tasks, track progress, and streamline workflows. Jobs with ClickUp may include project management, operations, team coordination, or administrative roles that rely on the platform for task automation and collaboration. Employers seeking ClickUp expertise often look for candidates who can optimize workflows, set up dashboards, and integrate ClickUp with other tools.

Is Clickup a recognized job title, and what types of roles require Clickup expertise?

While 'ClickUp' is not usually a standalone job title, many organizations seek professionals—such as project managers, operations coordinators, or ClickUp Specialists—who have expertise in implementing and managing the ClickUp platform. In these types of roles, you may be responsible for configuring workflows, training teams, managing onboarding, and optimizing project processes within the ClickUp environment. Daily responsibilities often include platform administration, troubleshooting, template creation, and improving team productivity through strategic automations. Experience with ClickUp can also open doors to roles in operations, IT, or process improvement teams, and may serve as a valuable asset for advancing into broader project management roles. If you enjoy learning new systems, problem-solving, and enabling efficiency, positions involving ClickUp skills can be both challenging and rewarding.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Clickup position, and why are they important?

ClickUp is a workplace productivity software, not a professional job title. Therefore, there are no specific skills, qualifications, or workplace requirements for a role titled 'Clickup.' For roles involving ClickUp, such as ClickUp Specialist, skills would include deep familiarity with the platform, workflow optimization, and project management. Having these capabilities enables organizations to maximize productivity and streamline their project execution using ClickUp.

What skills are needed for ClickUp careers?

ClickUp careers typically require strong project management skills, proficiency with the ClickUp platform and other productivity tools, and good communication abilities. Technical skills such as familiarity with integrations, basic data analysis, and remote collaboration are also valuable for many roles.

Job description

This role is a force multiplier for one mission: protect and expand Seth and Tori Bolt's most valuable asset, their time.
We're looking for someone we can deeply trust, someone who understands our pace, our standards, and our values, and who can help keep our fast-paced lives calm and organized. This is not "just house management." It is a high-trust, high-responsibility role that integrates with our fast-moving, purpose-driven family.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're Seth & Tori Bolt, founders of BOLT FARM Treehouse, builders, parents, and people who live full, fast, intentional lives. This role exists to make our home and personal life operate like a five-star property. You will remove friction from our daily life so Seth and Tori can produce at their highest level. This is for someone who is energized by ownership, discretion, and proactive execution, and who finds meaning in building a home culture where children and parents thrive.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Household operations
  • Maintain pristine organization and order across the home
  • Tidying and light cleaning including laundry, dishes, fridge systems, closets, storage, flow
  • Coordinate and oversee vendors (cleaners, maintenance, lawn care)
  • Manage meal orders, meal prep support (smoothies, dinner setup, heat-and-eat systems)

Inventory and systems
  • Fully own household inventory: groceries, supplies, amenities, household needs
  • Handle mail and package returns: open, scan, organize, execute
  • Invitations, announcements, Christmas cards

Errands and logistics
  • Run errands efficiently and proactively
  • Coordinate vehicle care: fueling, cleaning, service, registration
  • Occasional driving Seth/Tori to appointments so they can work in the car

Some childcare coverage and family support
  • Provide occasional childcare for children outside of the full-time nanny's schedule (ie coverage when she is off or out)
  • Traveling with the Bolts on trips and vacations, providing childcare and family logistics support during travel days and on-site
  • Partner smoothly with the nanny to keep the children's rhythms consistent, calm, and aligned

Events, travel, and special moments
  • On-site support for events and VIP visits
  • Travel support as needed: luggage, Ubers, hotel check-ins, food, logistics (and occasional content capture)
  • Plan date nights
  • Own gifting for team, family, and friends
  • Party planning

WHO YOU ARE
  • Deeply trustworthy, discreet to the core
  • Calm under pressure, emotionally intelligent, steady energy
  • Type A in the best way: organized, precise, reliable
  • Systems-minded, proactive, sees what's coming before it's said
  • Good with kids and care about their development (our kids are screen-free)
  • Tech-forward (comfortable with using our systems ie Claude, Google Suite, ClickUp)
  • 3+ years in private service, personal assistant, and/or high-level family support
  • Ideally, you live within 45 minutes of Whitwell, TN, or are willing to relocate

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
  • Seth & Tori Bolt
  • Our daughter's nanny
  • Our Executive Assistant

You'll be trusted. You'll be respected. You'll be expected to operate at a high level.
PERKS
  • Travel with our family and team to inspiring places
  • Work in a beautiful, high-performance, purpose-driven environment
  • Discounted and free stays at BOLT FARM Treehouse
  • Flexible PTO
  • Health Insurance stipend (*would be replaced by the adoption of a company policy)
  • Close proximity to visionary founders who value excellence, faith, and intentional living
  • A role that blends operational excellence with meaningful developmental impact

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF
  • You obsess over details most people overlook
  • You thrive in high-trust, high-performance environments
  • You're unshakeable when things get busy
  • You take ownership like your name is on the door
  • You love creating calm order in a home and meaningful structure for kids
  • You want your work to matter now and echo later

DO NOT APPLY IF
  • You want a slow-paced, low-responsibility role
  • You need reminders to follow through
  • You need to be told exactly what to do
  • You're uncomfortable with discretion or being hands-on
  • You don't enjoy being accountable for outcomes
  • You're not willing to flex for travel and schedule needs

FINAL WORD
This role is legacy work. You are not just supporting a household. You are protecting the creative output of two industry leaders and shaping the environment where future Bolts become who they are. The standard is excellence. The mission is generational.
