About the Role

Blue Aspen Marketing is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with internal teams across SEO, PPC, content, web development, and design to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and exceed expectations.

ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Lead client onboarding and ongoing strategy discussions
  • Conduct regular client meetings, campaign reviews, and performance updates
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure client questions and requests are handled promptly and professionally
Campaign Management
  • Coordinate the execution of SEO, PPC, website, content, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Monitor campaign performance and communicate insights to clients
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with client business goals

Project & Team Coordination

QualificationsRequired
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, project management, or client services
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
