Position Summary

We are seeking a technically strong, client-facing Engineering-Sourced Project Manager to serve as a bridge between our Engineering team and our clients. This hybrid role combines technical project management with solution architecture oversight and client engagement.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, understands system architecture and integrations, and is highly organized in managing delivery through tools like Jira and ClickUp. This individual will lead technical implementations, translate business requirements into engineering execution plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with architectural standards.


Key ResponsibilitiesClient-Facing Solutions Leadership

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client implementations and solution delivery.

Lead client onboarding sessions, technical discovery discussions, and requirements gathering.

Translate client business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.

Provide architectural guidance to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables throughout the engagement lifecycle.


Technical Project Management

Create and manage project plans, epics, stories, and tasks in Jira and ClickUp.

Coordinate sprint planning and cross-functional execution with Engineering and Product teams.

Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively address blockers.

Ensure alignment between solution design and engineering architecture.

Track key milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Maintain structured documentation for implementations and technical workflows.


Architecture & Systems Oversight

Review system designs, integrations, APIs, and data flows to ensure feasibility and alignment.

Collaborate with engineers to validate solution architecture before development.

Support technical troubleshooting during implementations.

Ensure best practices in system design, scalability, and performance.

Document architectural decisions and integration specifications.
