Join our dynamic team as a full-time Customer Service Clerical Support. We are a fast-paced company that values efficiency, accuracy, and initiative. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in customer service and office duties, providing vital support to our production department and handling a variety of clerical tasks. Our regular working hours are from 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and clerical support to the production department
  • Type various documents such as proposals, emails, and contracts
  • Perform other duties as required by the position
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service and office duties
  • Light accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote)
  • Ability to type a minimum of 65 words per minute
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
