Job description

Adecco is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) In-House Associate (IHA) to support recruiting, onboarding, associate engagement, and Branch operations in our Newburgh office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong customer service and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates for open positions.

Serve as a point of contact for associates regarding assignments, attendance, payroll, and general employment questions.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes.

Support client accounts and help meet staffing goals.

Perform general administrative and office support duties.

Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, HR, or administrative support preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
