Job Title: Administrative / Clerical Associate

Position Summary

The Administrative / Clerical Associate provides general office support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for performing a variety of administrative, clerical, and customer service duties, including data entry, recordkeeping, scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.

  • Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.

  • Prepare, organize, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other office documents.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.

  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.

  • Assist with processing forms, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.

  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.

  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.

  • Scan, copy, fax, and distribute documents.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and office standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous administrative, clerical, receptionist, or office support experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  • Strong typing, data entry, and organizational skills.

Compensation

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
