Job description

Armed Security Officer – Cannabis Farm Protection

 Pay: $20/hr 
Schedule: Overnight shifts (8, 9, 10, and 12-hour shifts available)
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly via Direct Deposit
About the Role

Executive Security Professionals & Investigations is seeking professional, CLEET-certified Armed Security Officers to provide security services for licensed cannabis farms across Oklahoma. Officers will be responsible for maintaining site safety, preventing theft or intrusion, and responding quickly to potential security threats.
This role requires flexibility and travel to farm sites in the following areas: Tishomingo, Clinton, Rush Springs, Chickasha, and Minco, OK

 Responsibilities

 
 
  • Maintain overnight security presence at assigned farm sites
  • Conduct hourly patrols (vehicle or on foot, depending on post)
  • Monitor alarms, motion detectors, and dogs for unusual activity
  • Write hourly security reports
  • Detain/arrest trespassers until law enforcement arrives
  • Search employees or manage entry/exit gates when required
  • Provide strong visibility and deterrence against theft or intrusion
 Work Environment

 
 
  • Some posts include an office with cameras; others are vehicle-based with patrols
  • Restrooms available at all sites
  • Some farms offer additional amenities (refrigerator, microwave, etc.)
  • Officers have freedom of choice in uniform appearance
 Requirements

 
 
  • CLEET Phase 4 Armed Security License (required)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Smartphone
  • Flashlight(s)
  • Firearm and Security Bond (required)
  • Body Armor highly recommended
  • If certified, officers may sling a shotgun in addition to their sidearm
