What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Cleco position, and why are they important?

To excel as a Cleco (Sheet Metal Assembler), strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and good manual dexterity are essential, typically supported by a high school diploma or relevant technical training. What are some common challenges faced by Clecos in the workplace?

Clecos often work with tight tolerances and must ensure precise alignment and assembly of sheet metal components, which can be physically demanding and require sustained focus. Adapting to changes in production schedules, managing repetitive tasks, and maintaining a high standard of safety are also common challenges. Successfully overcoming these challenges strengthens problem-solving skills and positions you for potential advancement within the manufacturing sector.
