  • Review dashboard structures, metrics, visualisations, and reporting layouts
  • Assess whether dashboards communicate relevant information clearly and efficiently
  • Evaluate KPI selection, information hierarchy, labelling, and visual presentation

  • Review whether dashboard outputs support effective business decision-making

  • Evaluate definitions, calculations, assumptions, and interpretation of KPIs
  • Identify inconsistencies between metrics and reported conclusions
  • Review whether performance measures are presented with appropriate context

Spreadsheet & Quantitative Review

  • Evaluate spreadsheets supporting BI and performance-reporting work
  • Review formulas, calculations, assumptions, tables, and quantitative outputs
  • Identify mathematical, logical, or consistency errors
  • Assess whether spreadsheet results support stated findings
  • Review organisation, readability, and usability of analytical work products
  • Evaluate charts, tables, dashboards, and other visual representations of business information
  • Assess whether visualisations accurately and efficiently communicate underlying data
  • Identify unclear labels, inappropriate comparisons, misleading scales, or presentation weaknesses

  • Review presentations for logical flow, clarity, and decision usefulness
  • Identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and formatting issues
  • Assess consistency of figures, metrics, and conclusions across related materials
  • Ensure findings and recommendations are clearly supported by the underlying analysis

Structured Evaluation & Feedback

  • Assess assigned outputs against domain-specific quality criteria
  • Identify BI, analytical, factual, visual, and presentation weaknesses
  • Distinguish substantive reporting issues from minor editorial concerns
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified strengths and weaknesses
  • Apply evaluation standards consistently across different BI and performance-reporting work products

Ideal Profile
