Description
The Cleared Security Escort monitors and accompanies authorized and uncleared personnel within secure facilities to ensure compliance with all safety and security requirements. This part-time role helps protect classified work areas by maintaining constant observation of work activities, preventing unauthorized access, and enforcing established site procedures. Escorts are expected to maintain a professional presence while supporting secure operations in a high-security environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Observe personnel under escort to ensure compliance with security and safety procedures.
  • Maintain continuous visual contact with individuals in secure areas.
  • Immediately stop any unsafe or unsecure work to prevent injury or security compromise.
  • Report all non-compliance issues regarding safety, security, or scope of work to the Escort Supervisor.
  • Escalate incidents promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Serve as a professional representative of the organization while interacting with escorted personnel.
  • Maintain situational awareness and remain alert to potential safety or security risks.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Minimum 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Active and current Secret clearance required.
    Select positions require an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret documents and apply rules and procedures accurately.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:
  • Secure facility environment; may involve extended periods of standing and walking.
