Job description

Job Coach - PAL
Location: Rolling Meadows, IL
Hours: Full-Time
Monday -Thursday 7:45am - 4:00pm & Friday 7:45am - 2:00pm
Pay: $21.35/hr, PAID Training
Clearbrook is committed to being a leader in creating innovative opportunities, services, and supports for people with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing and implementing programming that promotes client independence, adult living, self sufficiency, acquisition of functional skills according to level of ability and individual program plan.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to clients with physical disabilities in the areas of feeding, toileting, etc.
  • Transport clients to and from the day program in the morning and afternoon

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
