Qualifications

Experience with SAP Business Objects, Universe Design and Web Intelligence Report Development
Experience with the following technologies: Struts or JSF JEE application frameworks, JSP/Tiles, Spring framework, tag libraries, i-Batis, and SQL
Significant experience in J2EE development projects
Experience with Oracle database technology Required
Able to work independently to achieve outcomes in an expedient and professional manner
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Prefer knowledge of financial management practices such as Grants and Loans
