Job description

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

REQUIRED: 1 Year of commercial lawn care crew leader with experience in pruning and mulching and must be shown in resume. If your resume does not list a commercial landscape company that you have worked for as a crew leader for at least a year, that we can call and speak to, we will not move forward with the hiring process as the cleanup crew leader. You can still apply for the laborer position. 
Responsibilities

· Work as crew leader to provide cleanup and pruning maintenance on our landscapes. Run a crew of up to 4, making sure the job is completed in the allotted time
· Operate a commercial hedge trimmer, know how to prune and shape bushes, edge mulch beds, and lay mulch in a timely manner 
· Assist with loading and unloading work truck, always comply with company safety policies
· Drive a truck and trailer
· Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers
· Supervise crews in an efficient, polite and timely manner
· Speak with supervisor on quality of properties as well as feedback on crew members working under them
· Checking in and out of jobs on a scheduling app on your phone
· Duties also include but are not limited to digging holes, planting trees and shrubs, laying mulch and sod.
Requirements

· Must have a proper valid driver’s license (clean with MVR) and timely transportation to and from work
· Must be able to speak and understand English fluently 
· Reliable and dependable
· Desire to work in landscaping
· 1 year running a crew of 2 or more members is required (includes, driving a truck and trailer and running commercial mowing equipment.)
Physical Demands

· Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
· Be able to reach overhead
· Be able to work in various standing and bending positions for extended periods of time
· Be able to lift, pull and push material and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
· Ability to work outside all day
Miscellaneous

· 40 hours weekly during in season
· Paid weekly
