Are you an experienced landscape professional who enjoys leading by example, keeping projects organized, and helping crews succeed?
We are looking for a Landscape Cleanup Crew Lead to oversee landscape cleanup projects while working alongside the team in the field. This role is ideal for someone with landscaping experience who can motivate others, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and work alongside landscape cleanup crews
  • Assign daily tasks and help coordinate crew activities
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Train and mentor crew members
  • Perform seasonal and year-round landscape cleanup services
  • Remove leaves, debris, brush, and unwanted vegetation
  • Assist with pruning, trimming, mulching, edging, and general property cleanups
  • Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
  • Communicate with management regarding project progress and crew needs
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
  • Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience required
  • Prior crew lead, foreman, or team leadership experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to lead by example and maintain productivity
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license preferred
