Job description

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Cleanroom Operations Improvement Director to strengthen and advance our Cleanroom Laundry Division. This enterprise-level role is responsible for driving operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across approximately nine cleanroom laundry facilities nationwide.

This position will play a key role in supporting Prudentialโ€™s strategic growth in controlled-environment services and will work closely with senior leadership to improve performance, consistency, and scalability across the cleanroom network.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide division-wide leadership focused on operational improvement and performance optimization across all cleanroom laundry facilities.

  • Assess cleanroom operations to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities related to efficiency, quality, compliance, and cost.

  • Lead and implement continuous improvement (CI) and operational excellence (OpEx) initiatives across the Cleanroom Laundry Division.

  • Establish and promote standardized operational practices, metrics, and improvement methodologies across all cleanroom plants.

  • Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to ensure cleanroom improvements align with quality, contamination control, and customer requirements.

  • Support cleanroom-related audits, customer reviews, and compliance initiatives as needed.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to senior leadership on cleanroom laundry operations, risks, and strategic investments.

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and influence to plant-level leadership to strengthen cleanroom operational capability and sustain improvements.

  • Other duties as required


Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Life Science degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleanroom laundry operations required, with senior-level leadership experience at the General Manager level or higher, or in Quality Assurance leadership within cleanroom laundry environments.

  • Prior experience within large-scale cleanroom laundry organizations required.

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site operational improvement initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of cleanroom laundry processes, contamination control, and operational risk management.

  • Ability to travel nationwide as required.
