Job description

Job Summary:

  • We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to perform water mitigation services and residential cleaning, including carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, dryer vent, and air duct cleaning. This role involves on‐site service work, equipment operation, and the delivery of high‐quality results, while providing professional, friendly support to homeowners.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform water mitigation, structural drying, and basic demolition.
  • Complete carpet, upholstery, tile/grout, dryer vent, and duct cleaning services.
  • Operate and maintain equipment (truckmounts, extractors, air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums).
  • Document work with photos, readings, and job notes.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company on-site.
  • Maintain clean vehicles, tools, and job sites.
  • Participate in on‐call rotation for emergency jobs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in tight spaces.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment and processes.
  • No experience needed

Schedule & Work Environment:
