JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of Operations, this position is responsible for performing floor services for commercial and residential customers and managing a team of technicians. Quality customer service will be provided to the client at all times. Knowledge or willingness to learn proper floor cleaning techniques is essential.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF FLOOR CARE SUPERVISOR::
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

  • Floor care responsibilities will include: Stripping and Waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning, etc.
  • Respond to night and weekend emergency service call as needed.
  • Prioritize daily assignments, tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and quality.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, employees and manager.
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries and questions.
  • Analyze problems and makes recommendations to resolve problems.
  • Manage and train all floor technicians.
  • Ensure all paperwork is being completed in a timely manner.
  • Review paperwork with customer at the end of each job.
  • Monitoring supplies and submit supply orders as needed.
  • Maintaining floor equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
  • Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF FLOOR CARE SUPERVISOR::

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF FLOOR CARE SUPERVISOR::

The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to fifty pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
