Position Overview

We're looking for a Business Operator who can wear multiple hats. This is a unique hybrid role combining technical field work, sales and relationship-building, and team leadership. Youโ€™ll be on the ground as our Lead Technician, managing day-to-day routes and ensuring quality service, while also helping grow the business through sales calls, client management, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Field Work

  • Lead by example as the primary field technician โ€” cleaning windows, pressure washing, and performing exterior maintenance services.

  • Manage and optimize daily service routes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure safety procedures and service standards are consistently followed.

Sales & Business Development

  • Make outbound sales calls to residential and commercial prospects.

  • Provide estimates and convert leads into recurring customers.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Train new technicians on service quality, safety standards, and customer service best practices.

  • Oversee performance and support the development of junior team members.

  • Act as the go-to person for problem solving in the field.

Qualifications
