Job description

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our energetic and hardworking team. The primary function of this position is to be an integral part of our fulfillment team, responsible for quickly and accurately picking orders and packing orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Packing merchandise manually
  • Picking merchandise manually; may require using ladders to reach items on shelves
  • Count/inspect all items before they are picked or packed
  • Communicate with Warehouse Team Leads about orders that you need assistance with
  • Ensure that all items are packed in the correct manner and with the correct packing materials
  • Ensure that all items are picked correctly
  • Add any necessary ads or flyers as well as the invoice into every package
  • Must meet daily quota
  • Restock and keep workstation organized
  • Cleaning warehouse area as needed
  • Assist with outbound (shipments, palletizing, wrapping pallets, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
  • English communication skills - Required
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) - Required
  • Possess the ability to multi-task while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy
  • Demonstrate initiative, perseverance, and efficiency on a daily basis
  • Have a positive attitude with co-workers, customers, and surrounding team
  • Able to stand, bend, reach, and carry/lift boxes up to 50 lbs. throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Able to work in a warehouse environment (not climate control)
  • Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 730am - 4pm (occasional Saturdays when needed)
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
  • Must be able to sustain long periods of walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, climbing ladders, and lifting objects throughout 8-hour shift.
  • Carry/lift boxes of up to 50 pounds
