Job description

Job Summary:
Image One Facility Solutions is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team in the Fort Worth, Texas for a nightly cleaning service of a Fed Ex building. The Cleaning Technician is a part-time, individual contributor role that will involve cleaning and establish cleaning protocols that will provide excellent service and a clean and working environment. This position pays between $17 to $20 per hour and is paid biweekly.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly rate: $17 to $20 per hour
• Paid Biweekly
Responsibilities:
• Follow detailed cleaning instructions according to established protocols, completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Utilize a variety of cleaning agents and materials to clean, sanitize and tidy assigned areas
• Move and/or remove furniture and other items to facilitate cleaning
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
• Monitor and report any damage or wear and tear that may need to be addressed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass a background check
Previous experience in a cleaning position
• Ability to work independently, following direction and taking initiative when needed
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
