Do you love to sell luxury and memories? Are you ready to take on the challenge of being a bridal consultant? Can you provide brides-to-be with outstanding styling advice, build relationships with the bride and family members, and make sure that each bride looks her best for her big day? Are you passionate about helping brides feel confident and beautiful?

If so, we are looking for you to join our Bridal Gallery team as a Bridal Consultant!

THIS POSITION REQUIRES SATURDAY AVAILABILITY UNTIL 4PM!

WHO WE ARE

Off the Rack by Bridal Gallery will be South Dakota's largest bridal store where you can buy your wedding gown and take it home the same day. We offer Bridal Gowns, Mother's Dresses, Flower Girl Dresses and accessories right off the rack. We supply over 900 bridal gowns in store that are brand new or samples from our sister store, Bridal Gallery. Our top priority is providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for each of our brides.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Create an exceptional customer experience as you work with the bride and members of the wedding party in search of the perfect wedding gown and dresses.
  • Present the appropriate product(s) by listening to the customer’s feedback on style and budget.
  • Be accurate when entering an order. Attention to detail is a must!
  • Celebrating and supporting every customer. Our consultants are always giving their undivided attention and providing support to their customers during every appointment and beyond.
  • Learn all departments in the bridal shop.
  • Reach individual sales goal of 65% close rate each month.
  • Stay up to date on new styles and inventory.
  • Additional tasks: Steaming garments, answering phone calls, cleaning/straightening, and projects.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU

  • Meet the Minimum Qualifications – You have 1-2 years of experience in sales or service industry along with a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Take Action – You are motivated to reach individual and team goals.
  • Provide Exceptional Service – You provide each customer with the best service to ensure they have a memorable experience.
  • Work Independently – You can work on your own and take the initiative to get things done without needing direction.
  • Can Adapt your Style – You can adapt your own approach and communication to match people who have a different style than you.
  • Make the sale – You listen well, ask questions, and find the perfect dress for the customer.
  • Enjoy Learning – You are willing to learn all aspect of the Bridal Shop and keep up to date on new inventory and styles.
  • Pay attention to details – You ensure all details are correct (order numbers, style, sizing, and color).
  • Are Flexible – You are available to work until 6pm most days and Saturday’s until 4pm is a must.
