Job description

JOB TITLE: Cleaning Technician

COMPANY: A Consistent Cleaning Experience (ACCE)

JOB TYPE: Part Time with potential to move into full time

LOCATION: Puyallup, WA | In-Person, Travel to Client Locations Required

Serving clients across the greater Puyallup area, including surrounding communities within approximately 30 miles.

--- ABOUT US

We are more than just a cleaning company. We are a relief company, and cleaning is how we deliver that relief.

At A Consistent Cleaning Experience (ACCE), our mission is to restore peace to the people inside the homes we serve. We exist for the elderly woman who needs a steady hand she can count on. For the overwhelmed parent who hasn't had a full breath in weeks. For anyone carrying more than they should have to, and who deserves to come home to calm.

We do this by showing up consistently, with care, as people who genuinely want to help. Our team isn't made up of employees who clean. They are helpers, first and always. The cleaning is simply what that help looks like. We hire people who are called to serve others. If that is you, keep reading.

--- ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Cleaning Technician, you are the reason our clients exhale when they walk through their front door.

This is not a revolving-door cleaning job. At ACCE, you are assigned to the same clients on an ongoing basis: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. That means you are not a stranger walking into someone's home. You are a trusted presence they count on, look forward to, and rely on. That is a different kind of work. And it attracts a different kind of person. You will perform residential and commercial cleanings, including basic cleanings, deep cleans, full resets, and move-in/move-out services, to a consistent, high standard every time. But more than the tasks, you will be delivering something harder to measure: peace of mind.

--- WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Serve as the dedicated Cleaning Technician for your assigned client rotation
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality residential and commercial cleanings at every visit
  • Maintain a professional, warm presence in the homes and spaces of the people you serve
  • Communicate proactively with our team if anything unexpected arises during a visit
  • Honor your schedule, because our clients plan their week around knowing you will be there
  • Represent ACCE's values of reliability, care, and consistency in everything you do

--- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • We are not just looking for someone who knows how to clean. We are looking for someone with the heart to help.
  • You show up on time, prepared, and ready to give your best
  • You take pride in your work because you care about the people you do it for, not just the task itself- You communicate clearly and early if something changes
  • You are dependable in a way that people notice and remember
  • You can work independently and manage your time without being managed at every step
  • You treat every client's home with the same respect you would want shown in your own
  • Reliable personal transportation is required, as you will travel to client locations throughout the greater Puyallup area
  • Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but character and reliability matter more to us

--- WHAT YOU WILL GET

  • A consistent schedule with an assigned client base, so you always know who you are serving each day
  • A team that communicates openly and treats you like the professional you are
  • A role with real meaning: you will see the direct impact of your work in the people you serve
  • Systems and support to help you do your job well
  • Room to grow within a company that is building something bigger than a cleaning business

--- WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Most companies in this industry send whoever is available. We do not. Our clients know your name before you arrive. They trust you specifically. That is not something most people in this field ever get to experience, and it changes what the job feels like entirely. When our team does great work, it is not because they were trained to clean. It is because they genuinely care about the people waiting for them. That is who we are looking for.

--- A Consistent Cleaning Experience (ACCE) is an equal opportunity employer. We value reliability, character, and the genuine desire to make someone's life a little easier.
