FULL-TIME

MUST LIVE NEAR THE NORTH SIDE OF INDIANAPOLIS

We are seeking cleaning technicians that have experience with commercial cleaning for our commercial properties to carry out general janitorial cleaning duties. Our goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and sanitized condition. Position is located on the north west side of Indianapolis (dayshift, 9:30am-4:30pm, 35 hours per week).


Responsibilities:

  • Clean and supply designated building areas (general janitorial cleaning, trash removal, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restocking, sanitizing, restroom cleaning, floor care, etc.)
  • Responsible for running floor machine.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies.
  • Maintain supply room.
  • Cooperate with staff and work together as team.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

Skills:

  • Proven employment history as a cleaning technician.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Integrity and ability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must pass background screening.
  • Work permit required if not a citizen.
  • High School Diploma.
