Certified Maintenance Service Inc. is a cutting-edge Full-Service Janitorial Service. We have proudly served the Chattanooga and surrounding areas for over 25 years! We provide professional customized custodial service for a wide array of facilities, including commercial, medical, industrial, educational, financial, government, retail, and non-profit. We are locally owned and operated and are one of the finest janitorial companies Chattanooga Tennessee. We also operate our cleaning business in many southeastern cities such as Knoxville TN, Nashville TN, Cleveland TN, Dalton GA, and Huntsville AL.

We are seeking to fill several cleaning/ housekeeping positions with experienced cleaning techs. If you believe that you meet the qualifications, please apply. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide carpet and upholstery cleaning services
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Perform routine housekeeping tasks as necessary, including dusting ceiling vents, light fixtures, and walls, disinfecting services, stocking supplies, and other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain Inventory of cleaning supplies and paper products
  • Trash removal services
  • Move or cover furniture for deep cleaning tasks
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace and storage space

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum Education level: High school diploma or GED certificate
