MBnB Concierge Cleaners is a five-star cleaning company specializing in short-term rental and Airbnb turnovers. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician who understands the importance of speed, consistency, and presentation in creating an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform high-quality cleanings for Airbnb and short-term rental properties
  • Follow detailed checklists to meet quality and time standards
  • Complete hotel-style bed making, bedding tucking, and towel folding
  • Set up guest-ready spaces including towels, dining table layouts, and welcome baskets as requested
  • Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
  • Remove trash and report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages
  • Take required photos and complete digital checklists using company mobile apps
  • Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication
What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience with short-term rental, Airbnb, hotel, or hospitality cleaning required
  • Valid driver license and reliable vehicle required. Must be able to travel between properties. Gas reimbursement provided.
  • Working smartphone with sufficient storage required for scheduling, checklist, and photo apps
  • Reliable communication required. Same-day responses expected
  • Familiarity with turnover cleaning systems such as Turno, Breezeway, Guesty, or similar STR platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and proper usage
  • Occasional on-call availability may be requested based on booking demand
  • Weekday and Weekend availability required. Sunday availability is mandatory
