Sales Associate/Cashierย 

A sales associate/cashier is responsible for processing customer purchases accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. They handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, issue receipts, answer customer questions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding retail shop and cafe services.
  • Utilize the elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Accurately handle all payments
  • Complete opening/closing checklists according to standards
  • Welcome guests, take or assist in taking guest orders, and collect payment for items ordered
  • Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
