The Cleaning Authority – Fort Lauderdale

$880/week + Performance Bonuses

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

The Cleaning Authority – Fort Lauderdale is a fast-growing residential cleaning company serving customers throughout Broward County. We are looking for a motivated, bilingual Assistant Operations Manager who enjoys working with people, solving problems, driving growth, and helping lead a team.

This is a customer-focused and operations-focused role. You will spend your day helping customers, supporting employees, improving office performance, and contributing directly to company growth.


What You’ll Do

Customer Growth & Sales

  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
  • Handle inbound inquiries and schedule estimates
  • Contact past customers and referral opportunities
  • Help improve customer acquisition and conversion rates

Customer Service & Retention

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Help reduce customer cancellations and improve retention

Team Leadership & Recruiting

  • Conduct phone screens and interviews for open positions
  • Assist with onboarding and training new employees
  • Support employee performance and accountability
  • Help improve employee retention and workplace culture

Operations Management

  • Manage and adjust daily cleaning schedules
  • Coordinate routes and team assignments
  • Conduct quality inspections at customer homes
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and scheduling systems
  • Assist ownership with operational improvements and special projects

Qualifications

Required

  • Fluent in English (Required). Spanish is a +
  • Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, office management, or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and office software

Preferred

  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Home services, hospitality, retail, or service industry background
  • Recruiting or hiring experience
