Cleaning Specialist - #64784

We are seeking a custodial staff who will provide routine, manual work cleaning the entirety of location assigned; both interior and some exterior. The custodial staff will perform recurring tasks in accordance with established practices and cleaning schedules. Supervision is direct with frequent inspections to assure completion of assignments in accordance with instructions and standards of cleanliness.START IMMEDIATELY - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience. Schedule and Location: Cooper City - Monday through Friday from 6pm to 9pm (15hours/ Weekly).

What You'll Do:

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms/classrooms/offices/specified indoor and outdoor spaces using established practices and procedure.
  • Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; refill restroom dispensers.
  • Assist with the setup/cleanup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc.
  • Clean floors and surfaces using specific cleaning methods and procedures.
  • Mix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting agents following safety protocols.
  • Dust, mop and sweep offices break areas, elevators, restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms depending on the scope of work.
  • Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.
