Role Overview
We are hiring an Experienced Window Cleaning Technician to join our Raleigh team. This role is for someone who already understands professional window cleaning techniques and standards-not someone we need to train from scratch.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality results on residential and commercial properties while representing Shine professionally on-site.
This role requires experience, independence, and accountability.
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Performing residential and commercial window cleaning to Shine standards
  • Cleaning interior and exterior windows, frames, and sills as required
  • Working with ladders, poles, and hand-cleaning tools safely and efficiently
  • Identifying storm windows, screens, tracks, and special conditions
  • Protecting customer property and interior spaces
  • Maintaining consistent quality across all jobs
  • Communicating clearly with supervisors and customers on-site
  • Keeping job sites clean and professional
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition

Required Experience & Qualifications
This role requires prior professional window cleaning experience. Please do not apply if you have never professionally cleaned windows
  • 1+ year of professional window cleaning experience
  • Strong ladder safety and comfort working at heights
  • Experience with hand cleaning tools (squeegees, scrubbers, detailing)
  • Understanding of residential and commercial window types
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Valid driver's license (required)
