Job description

Overview
FirstHealth of the Carolinas is a nationally recognized health care system located in central North Carolina.   1. Uses an appropriate problem-solving approach to plan services
  1. Provides cleaning support to non-patient areas without direct supervision
  1. Cleans and maintains storage areas ensuring they are free from waste and debris

  1. Provides services with consideration of the physical, psychosocial, cultural/spiritual, and age-specific needs of those served
  1. Cleans patient rooms adequately and in a timely manner according to department guidelines

WORKING CONDITIONS: Constant exposure to chemicals; infectious situations; exposed to blood, body fluids, and their associated odors; frequent stressful situations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighting up to 25 pounds
