As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clean Recovery Healthcare Center, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Performing thorough psychological assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' mental health goals.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate holistic care and support for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
• Participating in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field.
• Hold an active license to practice in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or a similar designation.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Exhibit a proactive and self-motivated work ethic, while thriving in a supportive team environment.

While we require a minimum of two years of relevant experience, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Previous experience providing telehealth services in mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.
• Experience working with diverse populations and competence in addressing the unique challenges faced by various community groups.
