Description: A local aerospace manufacturing facility is seeking detail-oriented associates to support clean room production and window processing operations. In this role, you will prepare and laminate acrylic materials to create high-quality aerospace components while also preparing, coating, and processing windows using specialized sputter chamber technology. Responsibilities include inspecting materials, following detailed work instructions, operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products meet strict specifications in a clean room environment.
Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of relevant manufacturing experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel and reach for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-9:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm. Must be available to train on 1st shift.
