Position Summary

Maebeth Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our vacation rental team in Trenton, ME. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating spotless, welcoming environments for guests and thrives on getting things done efficiently and correctly. You'll be responsible for maintaining the high cleanliness standards that our guests expect, working independently to complete turnovers between rentals, and ensuring each property is perfectly staged and ready for arrival. Responsibilities
  • Clean and reset vacation rental properties in accordance with Maebeth Vacation Rentals standards

  • Complete daily assignments and checklists using Breezeway software

  • Communicate status updates, issues, and completion reports through Breezeway

  • Report damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns to the Quality Assurance Manager

  • Coordinate with the Director of Housekeeping to meet scheduling needs based on the rental calendar

  • Ensure all linens, amenities, and supplies are properly stocked and staged

  • Perform turnover and deep cleans as scheduled

  • Stage each home to the Maebeth presentation standard

  • Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor in all team and guest-facing interactions

Qualifications
  • 1+ years prior housekeeping experience required (vacation rental or hotel experience preferred; some supervisory experience a plus)

  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. and perform physical job duties
