Job Title: Duct Cleaner
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Duct Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining residential and/or commercial HVAC duct systems. This role requires physical stamina, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clean HVAC duct systems, vents, registers, dryer vents, and related equipment using specialized tools.
  • Inspect ductwork for dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants.
  • Safely operate vacuums, brushes, blowers, and other duct-cleaning equipment.
  • Set up and break down equipment at job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about services performed.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
  • Document work performed, including before/after photos.
  • Assist with minor HVAC-related tasks as needed (based on company policy and training).
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Prior experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or related trades is a plus but not required; training available.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment
