What does a cleaner do?

A Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments such as offices, homes, schools, or public spaces. Their tasks often include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. Cleaners may also empty trash bins, restock supplies, and ensure that all areas meet health and safety standards. The specific duties can vary depending on the workplace, but the primary goal is always to keep spaces clean and orderly.

To thrive as a Cleaner, you need a strong attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning techniques, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and safety protocols such as OSHA standards is typically required.
