Site Manager Needed โ€“ Manufacturing Company

We are seeking a dependable Site Manager to oversee cleaning operations for office areas and the production floor at a manufacturing company.

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 12:00 PMโ€“8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations in offices and on the production floor

  • Assign tasks and help ensure work is completed to company standards

  • Monitor supplies, equipment, and site conditions

  • Assist with cleaning duties as needed

  • Address safety concerns and report maintenance issues promptly

  • Support communication between the site team and management

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation required

  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds

  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Previous supervisory experience is helpful but not required. Cleaning or manufacturing experience is preferred.
