Role: Office Cleaner

Pay Rate: $15.05

Responsibilities

  • Perform janitorial tasks in entryways, corridors, elevators and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, floors, and commodes, replenishing lavatory supplies as needed.
  • Remove trash, empty wastebaskets.
  • Use cleaning solutions safely, adhering to all safety precautions.
  • Report equipment or cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Follow infection control and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Ensure customer service and cleaning standards are consistently met.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial setting is preferred.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Willingness to perform routine tasks consistently.
  • Must complete all responsibilities without supervision after training.
  • Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours daily.
  • Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, as required by state, local, and/or customers.
