This is a hands-on leadership role focused on covering open shifts, training staff, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily operations.
Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Location: Multiple sites within the Troy and surrounding area
Position Summary
The Manager is a motivated and energetic leader of our cleaning team who ensures smooth, high-quality operations across customer sites. This role blends leadership, organization, and customer care—keeping facilities spotless while supporting a positive and productive team culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire – Supervise cleaning teams, provide training, and create a supportive work environment.
- Mentor/Coach– Identify “rockstars” on the team (no we don’t mean musical rockstars; we will train on this expectation during your onboarding).
- Maintain Quality – Conduct inspections and ensure there is a consistency of clean that meets company and customer standards.
- Organize Operations – Manage schedules, coordinate cleaning assignments, and handle supply ordering.
- Customer Care – Build strong relationships with customers by responding with urgency and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Problem Solve – Anticipate challenges, address issues proactively, and implement solutions.
- Support Growth – Help improve processes and contribute to the company’s success and reputation.
- Safety First – Ensure the team follows all safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
