You're responsible for safely operating our high-pressure water jetter to thoroughly clean out drains and remove any blockages or clogs. This is a dynamic role where you use your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to assess drainage systems, determine the cause of any problems, and use our jetter to take care of the issue. You also clean, maintain, and repair your equipment to keep it in great condition. With customer service at the forefront, you also interact with customers, explain the work you performed, and recommend tips for preventing future blockages.
