Job description

Post-Construction Cleaner

Dust To Done Cleaning LLC is looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our growing post-construction cleaning crew in St. George, Utah.

Our team specializes in cleaning newly constructed homes before they are turned over to the homeowner. This includes rough cleans, final cleans, and touch-up cleans and some commercial cleaning. This is a physical, hands-on job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

What You'll Do
  • Perform rough, final, and touch-up cleans in newly constructed homes

  • Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, labels, and residue

  • Clean floors, baseboards, doors, cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, and other surfaces

  • Clean windows and glass when assigned

  • Remove paint, caulk, grout, and other construction-related residue when needed

  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe, and detail all areas of the home

  • Follow cleaning procedures and quality standards

  • Work safely and properly use cleaning equipment and products

  • Communicate with the crew lead about completed work or areas needing additional attention

  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We're Looking For
  • Reliable and dependable attendance

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable working in construction environments

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks

  • Willingness to learn proper construction-cleaning techniques

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Previous cleaning or construction experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

Work is based on the construction schedule of the homes we are cleaning. Hours may vary from week to week depending on the number of homes ready for cleaning but are rarely ever less than 30.

We typically work Monday through Friday, with opportunities for approximately 35–40 hours per week when the construction schedule allows.

Because construction timelines can change, flexibility is important. Some weeks may have more hours than others, but we work to keep our crews as consistently scheduled as possible.

Compensation

$18–$21 per hour, depending on experience.

Employees are paid as W-2 employees.

Why Work With Dust To Done?
  • Consistent work with a growing local company

  • Monday–Friday schedule WITH flexible hours

  • Opportunity for additional hours as projects become available

  • Team-oriented work environment

  • Training provided

  • Opportunity to grow with the company

If you're dependable, hardworking, and take pride in leaving a home looking its absolute best, we'd love to hear from you!
