We’re Hiring:

Looking to stay active this summer while building your communication and sales skills? Our window cleaning team consists of enthusiastic, coachable, and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working outdoors and interacting with the community on a regular basis.

This position involves completing window and eaves cleaning services for residential clients within the Gloucester/Vanier area, while also engaging with homeowners and generating leads through door-to-door marketing after jobs are completed. No experience is required. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident both performing the work and communicating with clients.

This is a full-time summer position. We offer flexible scheduling, an outdoor work environment, and the opportunity to be part of a motivated, team-oriented group.

COMPENSATION

  • $20-25 per hour + commission for every lead with the necessary expectations made at the door
  • Results-based pay & incentives (the harder you work, the more you make)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform residential window cleaning, eaves cleaning, and related exterior services
  • Work safely with ladders and cleaning equipment (training provided)
  • Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism on job sites
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners
  • Generate leads through door-to-door marketing in assigned neighborhoods after completing jobs
  • Record and report job and customer information accurately
