Position Summary:

Duties will include janitorial cleaning of community "common areas". Assigned work is inside and outside cleaning. Must be able to drive own vehicle to job location(s). We supply all cleaning supplies and equipment.

This is a full-time position. *Daytime work hours, typically Monday through Friday.


Position Requirements:

  • Must have personal “Smart” Cell Phone and know how to use it. You will be trained as to how to access multiple online systems on your personal “Smart” Cell Phone.
  • Clear background.
  • High school or equivalent education.
  • Ability to communicate in English; can use personal cell phone Translator app if needed.
  • Valid FL Driver's License is required + proof of personal auto insurance.
  • Reliable form of transportation as you need to use your vehicle to get to work location(s).
  • Timely reporting to all scheduled jobs on a daily basis.
  • Military experience is highly valued.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to please our customers by providing outstanding service.
