Position Summary:

Cleaning Technicians are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at assigned locations. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Responsibilities Include:Perform basic janitorial duties

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas

Dust and sanitize surfaces

Complete site-specific cleaning tasks and seasonal/project work as assigned

Follow safety protocols for chemical use and PPE

Report equipment or supply needs to supervisors promptly

Maintain punctual attendance and complete assignments on schedule

Provide excellent customer service and represent City Wide Jani professionally

Safety & Workplace Standards

PPE is provided and required for appropriate tasks

Employees must follow all safety, infection control, and universal precaution procedures

Compliance with customer, local, and state health guidelines is mandatory

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions

Must pass criminal background check

Must submit to drug testing

Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, walk, or sit for extended periods

Ability to perform repetitive tasks
